Build Your Money Fit Plan — Terms & Conditions & Disclaimer

By enrolling in and/or participating in the course “Build Your Money Fit Plan” (“the Course”) offered by Money Fit LLC, doing business as Money Fit Moms, operated by Lisa Schader, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Educational Purposes Only — No Professional Advice

The Course content is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Course, its materials, modules, discussions, examples, or other content is intended to constitute, and should not be construed as, financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance, or other professional advice.

Money Fit LLC, Money Fit Moms, and Lisa Schader are not licensed investment advisors, broker-dealers, tax preparers, attorneys, or insurance agents. You should not rely on the Course content as a substitute for obtaining personalized advice from a qualified professional who is aware of your individual circumstances.

2. No Guarantee of Results

The Course uses examples, illustrations, and planning tools to demonstrate concepts. However, past performance does not guarantee future results, and no specific financial outcome is promised or implied. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors beyond the control of Money Fit LLC or Lisa Schader.

3. Use at Your Own Risk & Limitation of Liability

You accept full responsibility for your financial and investment decisions. Money Fit LLC, Money Fit Moms, Lisa Schader, and their respective agents, successors, assigns, representatives, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your participation in the Course or reliance on its content.

You hereby release, waive, and discharge all such parties from every claim, suit, or demand—known or unknown—that may arise from your use of the Course or any associated information.

4. No Advisory or Fiduciary Relationship

Enrollment in the Course does not create any advisory, fiduciary, legal, accounting, or client relationship between you and Money Fit LLC, Money Fit Moms, or Lisa Schader. All decisions made as a result of this Course are solely your responsibility.

5. Return Assumptions & Use of RightCapital

The Course may include demonstrations or exercises using RightCapital financial-planning software. Any numbers, projections, or model results shown are hypothetical, based on selected assumptions, and not guarantees of performance or outcomes.

RightCapital’s default return assumptions may differ from your own goals or risk tolerance. To review or update these assumptions, go to Settings → Return Assumptions within the platform and enter values that reflect your own expectations. Changing these inputs will affect all projections. You are solely responsible for verifying and modifying any assumptions to suit your personal situation.

6. Accuracy of Information

Best efforts are made to keep all Course content accurate and current; however, inadvertent errors or changes in law or market conditions may occur. Money Fit LLC and Lisa Schader make no warranty (express or implied) as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Course for your specific purpose.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are available if requested within 60 days of purchase.

with your full name, purchase date, and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible. After 60 days, no refunds will be granted.

8. Digital Conduct & Use of Materials

All Course materials—including videos, worksheets, downloads, and tools—are the intellectual property of Money Fit LLC and are provided solely for your personal, non-transferable educational use.
You agree not to share, reproduce, distribute, post, record, or resell any portion of the Course or its materials without prior written permission.
Any violation of this policy may result in removal from the Course without refund and potential legal action for infringement.

9. Affiliate Disclosure

Money Fit Moms may recommend products or services, including Hello Nectarine and YNAB (You Need a Budget), using affiliate links. This means Money Fit Moms may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you if you purchase through those links. These recommendations are made in good faith and only for products believed to offer genuine educational or practical value.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to this Course shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal mediation between the parties.
If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
All proceedings shall take place in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or deleted to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms contained in this document. You affirm that you have had the opportunity to seek independent legal or financial advice before participating.
